OUR SOLUTIONS

Soil Improvement

Improving soil stability and strength with advanced techniques

At PIMOSA, we specialize in advanced soil improvement techniques that guarantee the stability and resistance of structures built on problematic soils. Our commitment to innovation and excellence allows us to offer customized solutions that improve the mechanical and geotechnical properties of the soil, ensuring the durability and safety of each project. With a team of highly qualified experts, we provide a full range of soil improvement services.

Dynamic Compaction

Dynamic compaction is an effective method of increasing soil density by applying impact energy to the surface. This technique is ideal for granular soils and uncontrolled fills, significantly improving their bearing capacity and reducing the risk of settlement. At PIMOSA, we use state-of-the-art equipment to perform dynamic compaction, ensuring optimal results and an efficient process that minimizes execution time and costs.

Soil Injection

Soil injection is a technique that involves the introduction of fluid materials, such as cement slurries or polymers, into the subsoil to improve its strength and reduce its permeability. This method is especially useful for stabilizing soft soils and reinforcing existing structures. At PIMOSA, we have the experience and technology necessary to perform floor injections with precision and efficiency, adapting to the specific conditions of each project to guarantee its success.

Jet Grouting

Jet grouting is an advanced soil improvement technique that uses high-pressure jets to mix in-situ soil with a cementitious agent, creating high-strength soil-cement columns or panels. This method is ideal for soft soils and hard-to-reach areas. At PIMOSA, we employ state-of-the-art jet grouting equipment to ensure precise and controlled execution, providing robust and durable solutions that meet the highest quality standards.

Vacuum Precharge Consolidation - Drain to Drain

This improvement technique is an alternative to reduce direct preloading with earth material when there are difficulties in having adequate material banks and reduced hauling distances for a massive improvement of large areas. The methodology is based on applying vacuum to each vertical drain that was previously designed, driven and connected by impermeable pipes, linked to pumps and applying vacuum directly to each drain. With the appropriate instrumentation, the target settlement to be achieved by consolidating the soil is measured.

Our soil improvement service offering reflects our commitment to quality, innovation and customer satisfaction. At PIMOSA, we are dedicated to providing solutions that improve soil stability and strength, ensuring the long-term success and safety of each project.
